How can I replace a lost or damaged block?

Uh-oh. You lost a block. Or a roving pack of feral St. Bernard puppies decided to use a few as chew toys. We won’t judge or scold. We offer replacement blocks for those “just-in-case” situations.

Replacement blocks are $1.00 each and the shipping cost is approximately $3.00 within the United States through the United States Postal Service. Just visit this page, place your order and we‘ll get your blocks sent out to you right away.

I’m missing a block but I’m not sure which one. How do I find out which block is missing?

Oooh. Even if you aren’t missing a block, this can be a fun puzzle. It’s a searching, sorting, and stacking game you can play alone or with others.

Do you accept custom orders?

No. And Yes...

No - If you’re a company that wants Uncle Goose to manufacture a private label set for you. We used to do this, but not anymore. At the moment, we’re just too busy to tackle special orders.

Yes - However if you’re an individual who wants a custom name for a baby shower or other gift. You can custom order individual blocks that spell out a name or phrase here.

Custom letters used to come in more colors, what gives?

Times change, my friend. We still make custom letters. You can choose from two colors for Uppercase Letters and two colors for lowercase letters.

If these two color choices don’t suit your very specific tastes, try ordering our Alphablanks. These are blank blocks with no ink at all. You can go wild and paint them any color you choose.

I don’t see a language I’m looking for, can you make it for me?

Sorry, but no. Uncle Goose conducts copious amounts of cultural and design research for each of our 25 language block sets. We use a thoughtful, considered approach to ensure the integrity for all our language learning products.

Do you sell outside of the United States?

Sure do. If you’d like to order direct - just add what you’d like to your cart and input your shipping information. This will generate the most accurate cost for getting product to you. (Some exclusions apply).

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. We offer two gift wrap options. Printed on high-quality paper right here in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Choose from a variety of premium printed cards. (Available at check-out).

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order, Monday - Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

During our busy season (September - December) items may take longer to ship. If there is a delay, we’ll reach out to let you know.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. Contact office@unclegoose.com to inquire about returning or exchanging a product.

What are your business hours?

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST.

Closed: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday, and Thanksgiving Friday.

Also closed: December 24 - December 31. Yes, your Uncle Goose needs a full week to relax and rejuvenate after the holiday rush.

Does Uncle Goose test for safety?

Short answer: Yes! We test all products in a third-party, certified lab. We are ASTM963, EN71 and Japanese ST Standards Parts 1-3 compliant.
